      テッチャンとは、(うし)(だい)(ちょう)、すなわちシマ(ちょう)のことを()します。シマ(ちょう)(なべ)なんです。
      Tetchan to wa, ushi no daichō, sunawachi shimachō no koto o sashimasu. Shimachō nabe na n desu.
      Tetchan is cow large intestine, i.e. what is called shimachō. It is shimachō hotpot.

      The king of organ meats, “horumon” is the large intestine of cattle. You may also know it as shimachō or tetchan.
