From Sanskrit ॐ हहह विस्मये स्वाहा (oṃ hahaha vismaye svāhā): 唵 (on, “om”) + 訶訶訶 (kakaka, onomatopoeia for laughter) + 尾娑摩曳 (bisanmaei, transcription of "vismaye") + 娑婆訶 (sowaka, “svāhā”).
