     Nóngcūn zhōng yě yào xiān ràng nóngmín “míngfàng”, jí tí yìjiàn, fā yìlùn. Ránhòu zé qí shàn zhě ér cóng zhī, qí bù shàn zhě pīpàn zhī. [Pinyin]

     In the countryside, let the peasants too have the "free airing of views" first, that is, make criticisms and comments. Then accept what is good and criticize what is bad.
