Frequency of use[edit]

It appears that many of these have been used only once or twice in legitimate publications (books, newspapers, magazines, or other periodicals). Most likely a word of this type could be created for every extant English noun. 24.29.228.33 06:46, 3 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

We're concerned with which ones have been created and used (hence the WT:CFI attestability criteria), not which ones could possibly be used in theory. If there are thousands of them in usage, we should still document them; a foreign learner of English might not recognise the "-like" suffix. They aren't usually very hard to define.
