From Slovene Klobučar, from klobučar (“hatter, milliner”), from klobuk (“hat, cap”) + -ar, from Proto-Slavic *klobukъ,[1] from a Turkic language, akin to Proto-Turkic *qalpaq (cf. English calpack).
