Osthoff's law[edit]

True. And indeed Matasović doesn't mention Osthoff shortening at all; he just says the nominative is *bāws and the accusative is re-formed *bowam rather than the ×bām that would have been inherited from *gʷōm. —Mahāgaja · talk 16:30, 11 May 2019 (UTC)Reply
