There is no mention of the Proto West Slavic "rada / raditi" (council, counsel, to advice). Polish rada/radzić are very common words.

It is not in inherited proto-Slavic vocabulary and derives either from Gothic or from a Proto West Germanic dialect (maybe OHG?).

Anyone with etymologically relevant information?
