I can't move this article myself, but it should be names šulín, as it is exclusively used and spelled this way (although there may be local variants with spelling šulin which I don't know). Please move the article. --78.128.178.79 00:25, 12 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

I recommend talking to the entry's creator directly. He is a native Czech speaker. --EncycloPetey 00:27, 12 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

Attestation[edit]

To attest Czech "šulin" as "dick--penis", search Google books and find this:

  • "A S ČÍM SI NEJRADŠI HRAJEŠ? Se svým šulinem.... ha ha ha."

To attest Czech "šulin" as "dick--objectionable person", search Google books and find this:

  • "Nemáte, šulini, aspoň cukr nebo něco sladkýho?" -- This is more like a familiar term of address rather than an objectionable person; cf. fucker, sense 3.

The used search strategy was google books:"šulina", google books:"šuline", google books:"šulinem", google books:"šulini". For the candidate alternative term "šulín", the search strategy seems to give fewer attesting quotations (capitalized "Šulín" seems to be used as a proper name, and does not count toward attestation): google books:"šulína", google books:"šulíne", google books:"šulínem", google books:"šulíni". --Dan Polansky (talk) 18:23, 4 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
