I don't trust this entry. I doubt the Ancient Greek word had sense 3, which denotes a concept from modern science (i.e. post-Renaissance), cf. aether; and why was sense 1 "air" changed to "light"? --Barytonesis (talk) 23:05, 17 July 2017 (UTC)
