where did you get أَوِز?[edit]

I've never heard anyone use this word and even if it really exists, It shouldn't be the common form that the pages وز and إوز direct to or calling them the alternative ones.ICanHelpYou (talk) 14:20, 5 January 2020 (UTC)Reply

@ICanHelpYou أَوِز (ʔawiz) seems equally distributed with إِوَزّ (ʔiwazz) in subtitles. But I am pretty sure that إِوَزّ (ʔiwazz) is the classical form, as also shown by the etyma, so I agree that we should swap. Fay Freak (talk) 20:51, 5 January 2020 (UTC)Reply
@Fay Freak The site you linked is not perfect. I've seen a lot of wrong grammar and vocabulary in it. Even in the page you linked you can find some weird sentences.ICanHelpYou (talk) 04:11, 6 January 2020 (UTC)Reply
@ICanHelpYou: This is because Anglosaxons use weird idioms that translators struggle to render, especially in motion pictures, and the movies are supposed to contain colloquial language. It is a very helpful site. Fay Freak (talk) 04:16, 6 January 2020 (UTC)Reply
