izāfat pronunciation (again)

Hi. I'd like to ask again using this term about both the transliteration and pronunciation, since Rodrigo5260 has changed from {{ur-IPA|tālib-i 'ilm}} to {{ur-IPA|tālib-e 'ilm}}. Should either transliteration or pronunciation change? Anatoli T. ^{(обсудить}/^вклад) 03:14, 21 September 2023 (UTC)

Also, the Devanagari spelling seems attestable - तालिब-ए-इल्म (tālib-e-ilm).

The transliteration is a short "i" because thats more accurate to Urdu orthography. Though based on how hindi writes the izafa, it's probably pronounced more like an "e". سَمِیر | Sameer (^{مشارکت‌ها} • ^{کتی من گپ بزن}) 03:35, 21 September 2023 (UTC)
