Alternative spelling of مَلَك , alternative form of مَلْأَك[edit]

- "Alternative spelling" means it's only the spelling that is different. "Alternative form" means more could be different, such as the pronunciation. --WikiTiki89 18:18, 27 February 2017 (UTC)

- Yes. The silent alif is left as a remnant of the original hamza, and does not represent a long vowel. --WikiTiki89 19:41, 27 February 2017 (UTC)
