कड़ा का मतलब[edit]

Out of curiosity, where did you hear the word "कड़ा" to mean bracelet? Bracelet in Hindi is कंकण (kaṅkaṇ), or चूड़ी (cūṛī) when referring to the bangles worn by women. The term "कड़ा" in my experience is generally used as an adjective, meaning stiff or hard to the touch.
