This is one of two ways to spell it. បឺរ (bəɨ) and ប៊័រ (bəə) are both correct, and both are pronounced the same way. The -r final does not exist in Khmer, unless someone is deliberately trying to use the French pronunciation for some reason. Brown, Wyang, Octahedron80): : Thanks, Stephen, I have respelled both as ប៊ើ (bəə) - ប + ៊ + ើ. ប (bɑɑ) is a 1st class (a-series) consonant, ើ (ើ) is the vowel to give /əə/ but for o-series, ៊ (៊) converts a-series consonants to o-series. --Anatoli T. ^{(обсудить}/^вклад) 23:51, 14 March 2018 (UTC)
