I think both pronunciations are valid. /f/ is not native in Khmer, only occurring in loanwords. Another Thai loan, ហ្វឹក (vək), is pronounced with both /ʋ/ and /f/. Wyang (talk) 09:15, 7 March 2018 (UTC)Reply
