Spellings

@The Young Prussian, Fish bowl, some quick thoughts.

1. We shouldn't use man'yōgana as a guide to whether or not to include kanji in {{ja-kanjitab}}.
2. Even if we were to do that, we should ensure that the kanji is actually used consistently for the sense / reading.

I did a brief survey of the MYS for uses of 在. Looking just at books 1 and 9:

The character 在 is consistently used for some sense of "is; to be", but the readings are variable, showing poetic flexibility in various contractions, and not showing any consistency at all for which conjugated forms are used.
