It seems to me that a 吊燈 is simply a hanging lamp, not specifically a chandelier.
1) See my comments about 吊燈 at [1] beginning with Hi! Well, I just looked at an ikea catalog online ...
2) In addition, note that the Wikipedia article matched with "Chandelier" [2] is titled 枝形吊燈, not 吊燈.
