Tảo means primarily in vietnamese algae, i can accept han viet reading, because it's transliteration, in other words characters by characters like Cyril to Latin or Arabic to Latin, so it can result in word collisions, but the nom readings are actually in the languages usage, because it's the adaptation to vietnamese languages to differentiate meanings since vietnamese is strictly phonetics. If you dont let me edit, some careless people may unintentionally use this word as alternatives in their writings, it can lead to language deterioration. Don't let people edit Nom-Reading but introduce bunch of nonattested etymologies

Some etymologies are right but some are just hypothesis based merely on spellings and meanings. I have recently read 'đừng' wiktionary page, it says the word originates from '停', the pronunciation and meaning are all matched but i'm still sceptical because đừng is our core vocab, meanwhile it's not chinese core vocab so it can be reversed that the word 停 originates from the word 'đừng'
