Sounds more like a 法号 or something, and indeed it was apparently it was only used by Takechi Zuizan (Hanpeita) as a 号. —Fish bowl (talk) 23:38, 18 June 2022 (UTC)

FWIW, also listed in ENAMDICT as a surname with the reading Zuiyama: http://nihongo.monash.edu/cgi-bin/wwwjdic?2MUJ瑞山
