@Mar vin kaiser I notice that you added lah4 li2 back just now. This reading is probably a typo as it is found only in 广州话、客家话、潮汕话与普通话对照词典 but not elsewhere. I find the dictionary unreliable for Teochew and I even suspect the pronunciations given are sometimes inferred from non-Shantou varieties. For example, the dictionary gives de1 bho2 coin2 for 豬母𤷕／猪母𤷕, which is possibly inferred from the Jieyang pronunciation de1 bho2 cain2. RcAlex36 (talk) 05:29, 11 May 2024 (UTC)

@Mar vin kaiser: I also think it's a typo. 潮汕方言词考释 (based on the Shantou dialect) gives [laʔ⁸⁽⁴⁾ li²], where the brackets indicate the tone after sandhi. 新编潮州音字典 (also based on the Shantou dialect) also gives lah⁸ li². — justin(r)leung _{{ (t...) | c=› }} 05:55, 11 May 2024 (UTC)
