- I don't have time to type out the citations this morning, but this looks easy to cite on Tekstaro – lots of uses from Monato and Le monde diplomatique. - Cited, though several quotes couldn't be narrowed down to one year. This form is in fact a few times more common than Norda Koreio and I have no idea why anyone would prescribe that form.
