Older discussion[edit]

This page mixes up the discusson of two terms: "das Rentier", an animal (eng. reindeer), and "der Rentier, die Rentière", a term from economics, describing a person who derives their income from . The audio recording pertains to the latter.

I have no editing experience on Wikipedia, (and can't resolve this right now) which is why I only wanted to flag this issue.

This is right, but both words are orthographically identical, and Wiktionary does not make separate pages for homonyms, e.g. "Rentier (animal)" vs "Rentier (person)". It would be too complicated to manage. 08:08, 24 December 2020 (UTC)
