I think this should be a hot sense like Wu flu. People were definitely talking about it in March. AntisocialRyan (talk) 04:23, 29 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

I added a representative quotation to Citations:Wuhan shake. Additional similar articles are easy to find. Looks like all the press was about one viral video and it hasn't come back since March. If we count all the articles about the video as independent we can get the three durable quotes. Personally, I think the discussions of the viral video are not independent and this word is dead. But I would put sturddlefish in the same boat and it passed RFV as a hot word. Vox Sciurorum (talk) 23:56, 4 September 2020 (UTC)Reply

Supposedly a hot word, now older than a year. It is unclear if the three cites are in fact durable. —Μετάknowledgediscuss/deeds 19:27, 13 July 2021 (UTC)Reply

cited. There are plenty of durably archived cites on Google scholar. Kiwima (talk) 09:29, 16 July 2021 (UTC)Reply

I think a better definition would be "a viral hoax from 2020" but people have been biting for over a year. Vox Sciurorum (talk) 22:54, 18 July 2021 (UTC)Reply
