Portuguese. There seems to be some use in philosophy, always indicated as a non-standard term, but I'm not sure that the meaning given in the entry. The philosophical uses appear to correspond to the philosophical sense of phenomenal – as opposed to noumenal; see the use of “the phenomenal universe” in paragraph 13 of (the English translation of) Kant’s inaugural dissertation.  --Lambiam 18:20, 22 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
