Quotes[edit]

The two quotes are from the 19th century with "original" dating to the 15th century (which would be Middle English). Now it seems to me that the second one isn't actual Middle English, but some kind of representation in artificially archaic Modern English (which would probably meet our inclusion criteria). The first one, however, looks like Middle English to me. This should be checked and, if either of the quotes is justified, the origin of the text should be indicated more clearly: is it mere edition, poetic adaptation, translation, or whatever? 2.202.159.64 23:11, 1 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
