Notes on sources[edit]

Only realized now that we're not supposed to cite Wikipedia pages, which is a shame, because I thought I was being very clever. (Am new, am much more experienced with linguistics than wiki editing). (Yes, I know I'm talking to myself, but these are very good for recording thoughts and the editing process.) Update: I have... an attestation but I cannot tell you, firmly, if this is Neapolitan or Sicilian. The composer is Sicilian, the orchestra is Neapolitan, and there is very little information on this song. I might cry.
