English-language definition to add: "the kernels of an ear of corn that has been roasted and dried, then the kernels removed and stored until cooking time." 204.210.190.132 17:14, 2 August 2014 (UTC)
- Added. I looked through a number of books online and modified the definition a bit. Some of the sources said chicos were boiled, rather than roasted, so I left it as "cooked" to cover both. Chuck Entz (talk) 00:29, 3 August 2014 (UTC)
