RFV failed, sense removed. I've added a generic "insult"-type sense, but someone who knows something about it should take a look and see if something more useful can be said. (For example, does it have a specific implication? Does it impute gayness, like "cocksucker", or is it more about excessive masturbation, or something else?) —RuakhTALK 05:56, 30 November 2009 (UTC)
