The quotes to me look like the meaning is a person who performs cunnilingus more than a lesbian. Darren X. Thorsson (talk) 20:30, 19 November 2020 (UTC)

Slang dictionaries agree and I found a use from 1914 referring to a man. There are people who consider it about lesbians. I'd say it's less lesbian than carpet muncher. Vox Sciurorum (talk) 12:26, 23 November 2020 (UTC)
