plural in all senses
[edit]According to the citation provided at "datum" [1], "datums" is the correct plural of "datum" in all senses. "Data" specificially refers to a collection of datums (individual facts or figures), e.g. "the 500 datums are then formatted as (500 bytes of) data" or "some of the datums in that table of (particle) data have not been empirically verified."
