Dutch pronunciation[edit]

@Lambiam, Morgengave, Mnemosientje, Rua, Alexis Jazz Beside the pronunciation /ɑnˈtreː/ (how I pronounce this), I believe I have also heard /ˈɛn.treː/ that may be informal Netherlands Dutch. Are you aware of this pronounciation? ←₰-→ Lingo Bingo Dingo (talk) 13:29, 15 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

@Lingo Bingo Dingo In Belgium, both pronunciations exists, with no difference in formality between the two. See also: [1]. Morgengave (talk) 14:02, 15 April 2021 (UTC)Reply
@Lingo Bingo Dingo This is about "antree" and "entree"? I think in the Netherlands it's about the same as what Morgengave said for Belgium. Alexis Jazz (talk) 16:43, 15 April 2021 (UTC)Reply
@Alexis Jazz: yes, specifically antree and entree, though I reckon entree exists as well. ←₰-→ Lingo Bingo Dingo (talk) 16:46, 15 April 2021 (UTC)Reply
@Lingo Bingo Dingo: I only know the an-TREE pronunciation, personally — Mnemosientje (t · c) 17:40, 15 April 2021 (UTC)Reply
