I have added and cited two additional meanings: a confusion (chaotic collection of things), and an extravaganza (instance of lavish events or behavior). I found while looking, a book that defined fandango as "silly nonsense", which is pretty much the challenged sense, but in that book, the examples looked more like they fit the chaotic collection or extravaganza definitions.
