Capitalization not mentioned in the linked Wikipedia article

Hi. This entry seems to say that you should look at the Wikipedia article w:Indigenous peoples to find more about whether to capitalize this term, but that article does not explain at all. There are already three footnote references in the usage note. I've removed the Wikipedia reference since as you say there is nothing there. Perhaps there used to be, and it has been edited out since. Equinox ◑ 19:04, 28 October 2020 (UTC)
