Not the predominant usage[edit]

From a quick search on the Internet Archive for "literatuers" (plural), it appears that a large majority of uses intend something like literateur / litterateur (A person engaged in various literary works). Whether this is a typo or alt form is up for grabs. Most of the other uses were ambiguous. Ironically, the only hit I found for the sense we currently give looked more like a typo: [1] (but I'm aware there are other citations already on the entry). 24.137.99.97 01:37, 15 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
