There is another definition of maplet that is used in mathematics that has nothing to do with Maple. It's defined with respect to the abstract notion of a mapping, which is a set of maplets, i.e., pairs. I'll try and find a few references for it. AJRobbins (talk) 19:08, 31 December 2012 (UTC)Reply
