Cited, but not with the given sense. Despite a lot of academic grandiloquence, I think this is just a synonym for "crowdsourcing". The only support for the old definition was in a dictionary of international trade which didn't know what it was talking about. This, that and the other (talk) 23:45, 3 March 2022 (UTC)Reply
