Is this actually used as an idiomatic phrase with the given meaning? --WikiTiki89 18:22, 1 September 2017 (UTC)

It is definitely a commonly used phrase, which has in many cases become independent of its original use by Mae West, but I don't know about the supplied definition. I'm pretty sure it is sometimes used in that manner, but only as a sarcastic version of the more common use meaning "indulge me". I don't THINK we make independent entries for sarcastic use, but have shifted this to an RFV-sense in case someone wishes to argue for keeping the definition as a response to a trivial request.
