Part of a mill[edit]

"The buck of the mill at Saxtead Green is covered with handsome white-painted weatherboards which extend all the way down to create a 'petticoat' covering the two-storey brick roundhouse on which the buck is mounted." — However, I'm not sure that this is a term in general use; it might just be that single mill that's said to have one.
