"The property is posted." I've been thinking about this. By this sentence, we mean that parcel of property is surrounded by "no tresspassing" or "keep out" or other signs informing people that they don't belong on the land. But I don't recall using in speech any other form of "posted" in this way. We don't say, "I'm going to post my property" though I suppose that's not disallowed, but I haven't heard it.
