By comparative measure, probably not; "practitioner" outnumbers "practicioner" by about 136:1 on Google web, and by about 82:1 on b.g.c. On the other hand that's still 267,000 web hits, and those b.g.c. hits include 11 books with "practicioner(s)" in the title. Scarily enough, that includes volumes published under the names of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the European Commission.
