Comparable[edit]

Pregnant in the first sense, the baby one, is comparable. "Only 4 months? You look way more pregnant." That may be rare, but extent is often stated. "8 months is extremely pregnant"--Simplificationalizer (talk) 15:56, 8 January 2017 (UTC)Reply

Done Changed it to "mostly not comparable", since as you say it is sometimes, rarely, comparable. Equinox 16:56, 12 January 2017 (UTC)Reply

Sense 4 quote[edit]

Sense: Affording entrance; receptive; yielding; willing; open. Prompt asks for Shakespeare quote. 'thrift' sense 4 currently has this this quote: "And crook the pregnant hinges of the knee". I think this is sense 4 of pregnant? 23.121.191.18 09:26, 20 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

We have the requested citation ("pregnant to good pity") but it needs a date and work's title etc. Equinox 09:28, 20 June 2020 (UTC)Reply
