IMO, defining "presbycusis" as "inability of the ears, due to aging, to focus on high-pitched sounds" is terrible, inaccurate, like somebody tried to take a literal translation from the source terms. Focus on? Also, although the effects are most pronounced at higher frequencies, presbycus affects lower frequencies too. IMO, a better defintion would be something like "hearing loss that occurs through the normal aging process, independent of injury, sickness, noise, or other causes".
