- Keep. On Wikipedia the article Bene Gesserit (those of the Dune universe) refers to a Latin legal phrase quamdiu bene gesserit, without reflexive pronoun, which is also the form in which it is listed there at Appendix:List of Latin phrases (P–Z)#Q. In the usex of the challenged term the phrase is used in a Latin text, but these phrases can occur as uses in English texts,[1][2][3][4] (as well as in German[5] and other languages[6][7]). In these contexts they cannot be explained as SOP; replacing them by their literal translations in the language of the text in which they are embedded does not retain the specific legal sense.
