@Equinox: Is the first quote grammatical? Is range used intransitively? If not I can find another. --Per utramque cavernam 12:55, 30 April 2018 (UTC)Reply

I can't parse the sentence; I think something is missing. Is it a transcription of speech? I would say "probation ranges" is a noun phrase. Equinox 13:34, 30 April 2018 (UTC)Reply
@Equinox: That's what I suspected. It does seem to be a transcription: "There has been talk about fiscal impact. There are lots of ways to address that. I have a list here of misdemeanor crimes that are included in the sentencing report that I am glad they eliminated probation for". In any case, I'm going to replace the quote. --Per utramque cavernam 17:36, 30 April 2018 (UTC)Reply
