Rfv-sense- A refusal to recognize unpleasant realities. This corresponds to "denial" as in the expression "to be in denial" but not (to my knowledge) to "self-denial". I did find a couple of hits for "is in self-denial about", and there probably are enough citables of this type for the sense to technically scrape through RFV -- question is, is it a valid use or just an error for "in denial". Mihia (talk) 08:55, 17 August 2021 (UTC)Reply
