It is very loaded to describe traditional as "unscientific". I don't know if NPOV is a concer in wiktionary, but, consider it this way: how would it sit with you if an allopathic healer (doctor) was described as "irreligious"? Notice that I am not remotely claiming that a traditional healer is "scientific", only that, to describe something as "not related to a specific worldview" sort of implies that you see that worldview as universal.
