Would this still be considered to be a siphon if the start is not lower than the end? The thing is, it says 'surface', but actually if you stick a hose deep into the bottom of the start container then I think as long as where you stick the hose is lower than the other end of the hose then the weight of the water on top of where the hose is will push it through right? But there might be another word for this and if so we should list it under 'related terms'. Ty 21:19, 17 April 2010 (UTC)
