Actually some things do have universal names of one form or another. The elements have their symbols. Life forms have their scientific (Latin) names. There are surely more than a few other categories. I think it would make sense, if we are to put translations in one place only, to put them in the most universal place and have other places point there. — Hippietrail 02:54, 25 Aug 2004 (UTC)
