Missing sense in Indian English?[edit]

According to a Scrabble word list from 2007, "teek" is an Indian English word meaning "well" (adjective), I would assume in the sense of being sound or healthy. Hard to search for this because the old spelling of teak (wood) keeps coming up. Any Indian users know about it? Equinox 11:41, 12 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
