Grammatically correct, but thinkings refers to instances of thinking before it has any output to be judged. It is very rare. Thinking is a mass noun referring to the process of thinking (or reasoning). One could say "Your thinking ("reasoning/thought process") is wrong." Thoughts are the product of thinking and can be right or wrong. DCDuring TALK 16:35, 3 April 2013 (UTC)Reply
